Geraldine Perez (APD)
Geraldine is an IBS and food intolerance expert, with a passion for gut health and food intolerances that emerged from personal experience turned professional mission.
As a certified low FODMAP dietitian, Geraldine bridges the gap between complex medical nutrition and real-world challenges patients face. She provides the “what to do” alongside the crucial “how to do it”—with an individualised approach to overcome the biggest roadblock to results: actually sticking to your diet plan.
Geraldine is a busy mum of two, certified health coach, and a dedicated speaker. She’s worked with organisations like FODMAP Friendly and Free From Allergy, providing educational talks and sharing her expertise with the broader community. Whether consulting, writing for magazines like FODMAPPER, or continuing her professional development, Geraldine is driven to help others master their gut health.
